The customer was still uncertain how to retrieve his data from the external hard drive, and DVD’s that we sent him to his existing hard drive and lost his mind!! On the flip side, we tried to offer the customer a walk through on how to get his data from the media we sent to his current hard drive, but he just blew a gasket!!
